Cancellation Policy

A full refund of they day participation fee, minus an administration fee of R950.00 will be issued if written notice is received within 30 calendar days of registration.

After 30 calendar days form registration, or within 4 weeks of the training start date (whichever comes first), payments become non-refundable due to contractual commitments.

Emergency requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Global Therapy Connect.

Community Agreement

We are committed to cultivating a respectful, inclusive, and psychologically safe professional learning environment.

All participants agree to:

engage with one another with dignity and care
refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation or misconduct
communicate directly and responsibly should concerns arise.

Concerns may be brought to Dr Tanya Defferary or Marshall Lyles and will be handled confidentially and thoughtfully. Retaliation for raising concerns is not permitted.

Global Therapy Connect reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct compromised the safety or wellbeing of the group. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Assumption of Risk and Liability

Training activities include outdoor elements within a private wildlife reserve environment, including, walking between venues and participating bush-based processes.

By attending, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with a natural environment and agree to:

take personal responsibility for your safety
follow the guidance of the Nyosi staff and facilitators
act with reasonable care throughout the training

Global Therapy Connect, its facilitators, partners, and venue providers are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence as defined by applicable law.

By submitting I acknowledge that:

I understand that submission of this form does not confirm my place. My registration is confirmed only once payment is received.

I understand that my registration is for day participation only. Accommodation and overnight stay at Nyosi Wildlife Reserve are not included in this allocation.

I agree to the workshop cancellation policy, assumption of risk and liability waiver, and the community agreement.
