About Global Therapy Connect
Global Therapy Connect convenes therapists and mental health professionals from across the world for immersive retreats and advanced clinical trainings rooted in relational ethics, intergenerational understanding, and embodied therapeutic practice.

Founded and directed by Dr Tanya Defferary, a counselling psychologist based in, Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), South Africa, the organisation was established to strengthen meaningful professional connection across borders while maintaining high clinical standards and intellectual integrity.

Programmes integrate theory, experiential process, and reflective dialogue within intentionally small groups, creating space for careful observation, integration, and professional growth.
